Beginning in 2020, CrossRoads Corporation is offering support for individuals and families who are experiencing financial hardship due to COVID-19.
Financial assistance is available for help with rental assistance, childcare, transportation, food/household expenses and utilities. Income eligible households, with a verifiable loss of income—related to the COVID-19 pandemic—and a demonstrated need, may be eligible to receive financial assistance up to $750.
CrossRoads will pay vendors, landlords, mortgage, or utility companies, etc. directly. CrossRoads will distribute funds on a first-come, first-served basis until available funding is expended. CrossRoads may inquire if applicants have sought assistance from other programs when considering a request for assistance.
Assistance to individuals experiencing severe financial need due to specific unexpected, unavoidable emergencies or hardships
Applicants must be a resident of the Grier Heights community to be eligible to apply. Eligible applicants may receive a maximum of one grant during the calendar year for which CrossRoads has funding.
